Die Casting Metal
Inox use aluminum and zinc as our main die casting metals.
Aluminum is the most commonly cast non-ferrous metal in the world because it is very cost effective. It is light-weight yet can withstand the highest operating temperatures of all the die cast alloys. It is non-magnetic, has good corrosion resistance and is also an excellent electrical conductor.
Zinc casting alloys are strong, durable and cost effective engineering materials. Their mechanical properties compete with and often exceed those of cast aluminum, magnesium, bronze, plastics and most cast irons.

Aluminum Die Casting
Aluminum die cast parts have high thermal and electrical conductivity as well as EMI shielding. This makes aluminum an excellent choice for enclosures for networking and telecommunication applications as it provides shielding properties …

Zinc Die Casting
Our zinc die casting facility consists of hot chamber machines ranging from 250 tons to 400 tons of locking pressure. This manufacturing process enables us to produce quality parts to net shape or near net shape specifications…
